At Packaging Miners, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality packaging solutions tailored to your needs. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.
1. Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable
All our packaging products are made to order and customized as per the customer’s specifications. Once a custom order has been approved and sent to production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
2. Approval Process
Before production, we send a final digital proof and a job specification sheet for your approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details including:
Artwork and design
Dimensions, quantity, and material
Delivery address and timeline
Once approved, Packaging Miners will not be held responsible for any errors or changes.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with printing issues that do not match the approved proof:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Provide photos/videos showing the issue.
We will investigate the claim and, if found valid, offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Note: Slight color variations due to screen display and printing differences are not considered defects.
4. Shipping Delays
Packaging Miners is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier services
Weather conditions
Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
However, we will do our best to assist in resolving shipping issues.
5. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind after approval and production.
